[cairo] After 1.3.2, what's going to make cairo faster next?

It would be nice if GtkTextView were in there, as the big stink is
about text rendering with cairo/pango. Funny thing is, there is a
textview.c file in the torturer tarball already, but it's not included
in the Makefile, nor is it in the widget list in torturer.c.

I'm attaching a patch to add GtkTextView to the torturer. This won't
work if you've messed around too much with the torturer code, but the
patch is so small that you should be able to make the changes by hand,
if needed.
