I have no plan to making a gem for rcairo. But I'll welcome if someone
(1) makes a gem for rcairo, (2) registers rcaito project to RubyForge
(This is only for placing gems. The repository of rcairo will not be
moved) and (3) continues updating rcairo's gems.
