[cairo] Problem with png in pdf documents when using acroread

It is also interesting to note that value returned by 
"grep -a Image testme.pdf" depends on number of pages and rectangles
drawn before drawing the image, equals n_rectangles*(n_pages-1)+1
and can become very large.
