Yes, simply using dynamic linking is generally enough to satisfy
most of section 6 of the LGPL. And section 6 is what allows you to
combine an LGPL work like cairo with other works and distribute the
result under terms of your choice. Note that the terms must not forbid
customer modification nor reverse engineering, and there are some
notification requirements as well.

Yeah. If you (or your lawyers) are already fairly familiar with the
LGPL then it might be simpler to just ignore the MPL option.

I like the flexibility that having two available licenses gives to
cairo users. But I don't like the added work it might give them to
feel like they need to review _two_ licenses.
