[cairo] Fwd: Cairo in PHP

I just received a note pointing out this positive review of cairo,
(the reviewer found cairo to generate high-quality output *and* to be
fast). That's certainly an encouraging datapoint, (though maybe it was
only compared to _really_ slow code, I don't know).
