[cairo] Blurred output when printing certain pdfs with evince

I am unable to reproduce the problem using cairo 1.4.12, poppler 0.5.4
and evince 2.20. In the one_page.ps attached to the launchpad bug the
Type 3 font is blurry while the Type 1 font is very sharp. So the use of
fallpage image fallbacks by cairo is not the problem. The cause of the
blurry text is most likely the image mask scaling done by poppler on
Type 3 fonts.
