[cairo] Regressions in PS backend

Hi,

I want to remind everybody that as we are getting REALLY close to 1.4,
everyone should feel obligated to run the test suite before ANY commit.

Somewhere between 1.3.12 and 2bd590b64987b7f0eb7310666ac20a8309e32842,
the rotate-image-surface-paint test has started failing for the
Postscript backend.

Likewise, somewhere between 2bd590b64987b7f0eb7310666ac20a8309e32842 and
28e3a20d79c3390547d3e53435c06442ca8ac8a2, many Postscript font tests
have started failing.  That is, as a result of the recent truetype
changes.  I think I saw a commit log that Adrian already fixed this, but
don't have the tree here sitting in the air.
