[cairo] [PATCH] Preliminary altivec support

Patch updated:

- the regression test is ok now (beside unrelated font issues that are
the same for the scalar tests)

- more ops implemented

PS: the Combine*C family doesn't garble the src array while the C ones
do, is there interest in fixing the C implementation to behave like the
vmx and the mmx ones?
