[cairo] Should the pdf tests pass in cairo-1.2.6 linked against poppler-0.5.4?

I've just rebuilt my previously working cairo-1.2.6 package after
adding --enable-pdf to the configure invocation.  Should I expect
to see 52 failed tests out of 100?

I've attached configure and compile logs for poppler-0.5.4 and
cairo-1.2.6, along with one of the failed test diff files, in the
hope they're helpful with diagnosis...
