[cairo] pushed fixed-point work

I've pushed the series on the fixed point work to the mainline branch; 
there were a few additional fixup patches due to the merging with 
Soren's work on a stand-alone pixman and my earlier patch for malloc 
issues.   There may be some issues remaining on platforms that I didn't 
have handy to test on (especially some of the less-frequently used ones 
like directfb and os2), so please either let me know or fix -- most of 
the fixes should be fairly trivial.

Once we decide whether to do 24.8 or 26.6 (or others), it should just be 
a matter of changing CAIRO_FIXED_FRAC_BITS in cairo-fixed-private.h.
