[cairo] [PATCH] Altivec optimizations

Hi Luca,
I'd already started on fixing the patch up for the standalone pixman
when I got your new version. You might want to take a look? This
configures, builds with vmx enabled, and runs the tests, but I'd still
to convince myself that its hitting the vmx code in tests. Its not
up-to-date with your gcc changes last night.

The only things that really needed changed were in the makefiles, the
rest of it was renaming files/types to the new conventions and
removing 'pixman_private' annotations.
