[cairo] xlib backend rendering bug

Hey,

I've found an xlib rendering bug. This could be the same as the one I
reported earlier [1], but the curent test case is way simpler. I've
attached it. The test just draws an image surface scaled down by 50%.
In the normal case, this works fine. However, the xlib surface seems
to draw it set off half a pixel to the bottom right, which makes the
red background shine through. (The red background is just there to
make the bug more visible.)
It seems that this bug is also responsible for seams that appear in Flash files

Cheers,
Benjamin
