[cairo] Cairo + FreeType Binaries for WIndows?

Anyone know if there exists pre-built Cairo binaries for Windows which supports FreeType?? The project I am working on is targetted for Linux but is being prototyped on Windows.? I am trying to set up the MINGW / MSYS environment but this is proving to be complicated due to my lack of experience and inability to find?details?instructions / tips.
