[cairo] Fix for compiling pixman on Win32

Hey all,
 
here's a patch that updates the Makefile.win32 for generating
pixman-combine32.c and pixman-combine64.c on Windows. It's working on my
machine with an installation of ActivePerl 5.10. Maybe this requirement
should be documented somewhere.
 
Win32 users (using the Makefile.win32) still have to do some hacks to get
pixman to compile due to the PIXMAN_VERSION issue though.
