Based on traffic on agg-list, it seems like the project is currently dead, and
there's been no code change in the license switch or after that.  People are
talking about forking and continuing development.

Agg's a nice piece of software.  I want to sit down and lift some code/ideas
from it one day.  Need to check that the license really allows that first.
