[cairo] Pycairo documentation available

The pycairo documentation is now online at
  http://cairographics.org/documentation/pycairo/
(Thanks Carl for fixing the access problem)

I tried updating the pycairo wiki page to reference the new
documentation, but I'm getting an error message:
"cairographics.org/ Error
Error: login failed, perhaps you need to turn on cookies?"

Has anyone else seen this error?
