[cairo] Files missing from snapshots (Was: Re: Text Grid Performance)

It looks like we need to add (at least) the following to EXTRA_DIST,
so that "make dist" picks them up:

Makefile.win32
boilerplate/Makefile.win32
perf/Makefile.win32
src/Makefile.win32
test/Makefile.win32

Any takers?
