[cairo] Pixman - refactoring of fbFetchTransformed - performance issue

Note that on win32, with the MSVC compiler, the MMX code does not  
compile (it did at one point, but I had problems getting it to work  
after the original pixman cleanup, and never got around to fixing  
it).  I presume it's being compiled on the linux/gcc tests.  That  
could well be the difference; Bertram, maybe try disabling the MMX  
support in pixman and see what you get?
