[cairo] [PATCH] Don't redeclare UINT32_MAX in pixman-private.h

Hi, keep forgetting about this :)
Building pixman-0.9.6 I see errors like this repeatedly
pixman-private.h:52:1: warning: "UINT32_MAX" redefined

previous definition

This is on OS/2 with klibc063. I've also separated some of the other
defines.
