OK, I added a section to the end of
http://cairographics.org/operators/.  The names "XRender",
"Bounded", "Simple" for the rendering equations seem oddly
disconnected to me still, but I couldn't think of better names
off hand.  Any suggestions?

Oh, and in case anyone is wondering yet, it was I who broke
http://cairographics.org/documentation/ while doing the
operators update.  It's currently serving 403s at the moment and
I don't know how to fix it.
