[cairo] GSoC/scan converting rasteriser update

Hi Joonas,

Thanks for the update.  Your blog looks great!  Has got a perfect level
of details and awesome sense of humor!  I read all posts and have cloned
the tree.  Expect to check the code out later this week.

Now lets see how our other SoC students are gonna catch up.  hint
hint ;)
