[cairo] Cairo Freelance Work: Compositing App

Hello,

I would like to hire / sponsor a developer to build an opensource c app 
using the cairo lib. The purpose of the app would be compositing 
multiple graphics in various formats (SVG, PNG, and PDF) into a cairo 
surface for output in various formats (eps,png, etc..).
