Just pushed this upstream, working on getting everything merged into  
mozilla now.  Thanks!

I made a small change to the win32 makefile -- the library really  
should always build as the same libname, since there's no difference  
in external functionality whether MMX is enabled or not; I also set  
MMX to be enabled by default, to give people the fastest possible  
thing out of the box.
