[cairo] CMake

Hey Felix,

I'm not interested in porting the cairo build system to cmake.  I
decided that, instead of trying to make an OGRE backend for cairo, it
would be better if I made an OGRE implementation of OpenVG and then
use the OpenVG backend that's already in progress.
