Hi,

Ralph and I have been talking about gdevcairo on and off at conferences.
So last week at LGM we sat down and he showed me how to start that.

I've got something that I can call usable now.  Patch against
ghostscript SVattached.  It fully renders tiger, but not much more than
that for now.

Try with -o and it gives quite friendly error messages.  Knows how to
generate svg, pdf, ps, and eps (eps requires cairo >= 1.6.0).

Comments, tomatoes, etc welcome.
