[cairo] How to turn off antialiasing in cairo

Hi all,

My application uses cairo as a graphics engine in a low resolution
device( mobile phone).
And I want to trade antialising by turning it off with some speed.
A few questions come into my mind:

1. Is this worth to turn off antialiasing in cairo?
2. How to turn of antialiasing in cairo? Is that cairo_set_antialias()
and cairo_font_options_set_antialias() are enough?
