Hi,

First thanks Luo and Paolo for the cairo glitz patches.

While I am waiting for my home directory to be created on git server, I
have begun to refactor my patches to include them in the main
repository.

To avoid any conflicts, I will not push them directly in HEAD but I'll
create 3 branches:
- a "glitz-next" branch which include all small fixes, documentations
and examples
- a "pixmap" branch which include all BindTexImage and Pixmap stuff.
- finally an "agl" branch to push Paolo's cherry picked patch.

I didn't want to push my patches directly in HEAD, because most of then
are too specific for our machine, it's perhaps better if someone else
can review them to merge in HEAD.

What do you think?
