[cairo] Perl bindings move to GNOME SVN

Aloha,

the Perl bindings for cairo, which were previously hosted on 
cvs.freedesktop.org, moved to svn.gnome.org.  To get a checkout, use

   svn co svn://svn.gnome.org/svn/perl-Cairo/trunk perl-Cairo

I have added a file called ABANDONED to the CVS repository mentioning the move. 
  I also updated the wiki page <http://cairographics.org/cairo-perl/>, but for 
some reason the server doesn't want to display the page anymore.
