[cairo] cairo-version.c missing from makefile for windows ?

Hi,

it seems, that cairo-version.[hc] is missing from the Makefile.win32  
in the HEAD version of cairo.  When I include cairo-static.lib  and  
create a surface I get an error from the linker that  
_cairo_version_string is missing.

Am I mistaken or am I supposed to include these files in some other  
way into my library or was it an oversight in the recent changes in  
the project?

Any information is greatly appreciated,
