[cairo] PyCairo 1.8.4 Windows Binary

Today I got time to compile a newer pycairo since the version
available from gnome
(http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/binaries/win32/pycairo/) is 1.4
I have made a binary of pycairo 1.8.4 (Python 2.5) and posted it on my
project's download page:
http://code.google.com/p/uxpython/downloads/list

Use at own risk and pycairo probably requires cairo >= 1.8.4
(available from gtk.org)

P.S.  had to rip out the pkg-config insanity in setup.py and compile using scons
