[cairo] Pixel consistency? (testing)

Well I was just twiddling with pixman's no-antialising case last 
week...

Can you test for those in the image directly?  I'd probably try that 
first for maximum robustness to rendering quality settings.  Or follow 
up on ickle's suggestion of inspecting a log of cairo operations.
