[cairo] Portrait/Landscape?

Hi all,
Does Cairo expose or support anything corresponding to the usual
Portrait/Landscape setting that a user expects to see, when
exporting/printing to formats like PS/PDF?

Or is everything done as if it's all Portrait, and it's up to me
to simulate Landscape, typically by swapping the width and height,
setting a rotation angle, etc?

I didn't see anything, but I figured I'd double-check...
