[cairo] Translate and scale question

W,H = size of drawing surface.
xmin, ymin, xmax, ymax = coordinates of lower-left and upper-right corners.
scale((xmax-xmin)/W, (ymax-ymin)/H)
translate((xmax+xmin)/2, (ymax+ymin)/2)
