[cairo] strange code

Hi all,
I'm trying to export our data(chinese character) to PDF via Cairo,now there is a strange question----
  I can't always get right utf-8 code when I copy characters from the pdf.
For example,
If my data is "一个一个",
first and third character in the pdf is invalid code ,but second and fourth character's utf-8 code is right,
but if I export "一个个" to pdf,the first character's code if error,but second and third code is right.
If my data is "个一一",when I copy result from pdf, the first character's code if error,but second and third code is right.
It is so magic!
