[cairo] freetype, fontconfig configure error

I guess that this is the problem. Since Rajinder wrote that he compiled
the libraries himself they probably are located in /usr/local or some
other location.

Try setting the environment variable "PKG_CONFIG_PATH" to
/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig.
