[cairo] Building Cairo on Vista?

FYI - Looks like we're making progress...
Long-story-short is that neither of us really understood what MSYS
was, and we didn't actually have it.  We were just trying to run the
(GNU) 'make' command from a DOS window...
After installing MSYS, and configuring some paths/etc, we seem to be
making progress.
