[cairo] Macports

Did something change with a recent macports version. I *believe* it  
had become the case that a simple sudo port install cairo would get  
you a quartz capable install of cairo.

a sudo port installed | grep cairo
curently shows:
cairo @1.8.6_4+macosx (active)

however, an otool -vT /opt/local/lib/libcairo.2.dylib  | grep quartz

shows nothing

iow, there is no quartz backed in there. Did something happen. I've  
just been happily updating my ports, but haven't attempted to invoke  
Cairo in the last month or so. but everything used to work fine.
