I think we need to deliver a clear message to pixman maintainers. There
appears to be too many parties (both companies and individuals) interested in
having good NEON optimizations in pixman, so there is no chance for it to end
up in a bad shape :)

I also have a few extra NEON optimizations myself, but was waiting for Ian's
work to be properly integrated, so that other improvements could be applied on
top of it.
