[cairo] pixman 0.16.2 and 0.17.x

Just pushed the last two build related fixes for ARM and applied them to 0.16
branch too. Pixman should build cleanly for ARM with different combinations of
gcc options and pixman configure settings now. But more testing is welcome for
sure.
