[cairo] CAIRO_OPERATOR_CLEAR is broken

Hey Chris,

As you're not on IRC, you get it by mail: It seems that with git
master - I was using 9b7c5d95055c4ea5da46c53263050d6ec1331c08 + my YUV
patches - CAIRO_OPERATOR_CLEAR is broken. The attached test does not
produce a translucent ping file. The same does not happen if I
LD_PRELOAD libcairo.so.2.10800.6. Pixman is git master + my YUV
patches, too.

I didn't pursue it further as I suspect you'll figure it out easily.
