[cairo] Always keep text in foreground?

If you code is like this:

for (x = something with A and B)
{
    my_draw_polygon(x);
    my_draw_label(x);
}

Change it to:

for (x = *something with A and B*)
{
    my_draw_polygon(x);
}

for (x = *something with A and B*)
{
    my_draw_label(x);
}
