You keep saying that, but my employer (TI) is still selling millions of
ARM926 devices, not everyone wants to pay $30 for a cortexa8 when a $6
ARM926 can do the job. And Atmel, Marvell and Freescale aren't much
different in that regard.

And I do currently use pixman 0.18.4 on the current flagship TI ARM926
device, the AM1808.

I can't say anything about what customers are going to ship with, but if
they base on our SDK, it will be a recent pixman and cairo.

The above has lots of handwaving since I can't give out the exact
numbers and pricing for obvious reasons.
