[cairo] cairo support actionscript?

Hi,
    I am not sure that whether cairo  can support actionscript ?
    I want to use cairo to draw a tiger with "tiger.c" and "tiger.h" , and the
 commend in "tiger.c" is based on openvg .  What can I do?
