[cairo] [Cairo] Building cairo for OpenVG backend

In my case NVidia is the gaphics card and NVIDIA has given me the OpenVG
lib, EGL n GLES libs..i did not have to get these libs through mesa..

So do u think it will be hardware accelerated???

Is there any way to check if the rendering is indeed done thru the GPU n not
CPU???
