[cairo] Cairo and SVG not working

It still seems like a library issue, like I am missing something that the old version of cairo needs.

It looks like the problem has been fixed, so you might want to try git bisect.
It will probably tell you the commit which fixed the bug and this might
make it possible to workaround the problem.
