[cairo] [PATCH] doc: add remark about toy status of the PNG support

Time and time again it appears unclear to people using cairo that the
png functions are not meant to be complete, but only minimally
usefull. This patch explains that more clearly. Also added is a
comment highlighting the need to flush an image surface before
accessing the pixel data, loosely based on Andrea's recent mail about
this.

I'd say that this should go into the 0.10 branch, because that is
where the online documentation is build from.
