Thanks for the ping. I was just about to commit it, when I noticed one
last thing...

Do we really want to call the macro CAIRO_MIME_TYPE_XURI? That seems to be
an implementation detail leaking into the name, and much less clear than
simply calling it CAIRO_MIME_TYPE_URI.
