[cairo] [PATCH] XCB compile fix

I had some trouble when compiling XCB.
I don't have xcb-drm installed, but the configure script did not complain.
Applying the attached patch makes the compilation run fine and causes
no warnings (it looks like the header is actually used only if configure
enables xcb-drm).
I didn't read much of the xcb backend, but this change looks reasonable to me.
