[cairo] Spot colors (and CMYK)

Except that you keep ignoring the fact that going to print is a COMPLETELY different industry than the one you work in.

Cairo is supposed to give different output from the same input, that is to do both screen and PDF output. If you want to go to professional print, then you'll need professional PDF. And professional print PDF is very different that digital film printing.
