This should have been in the commit message. ;-)

One good way of thinking about the commit message is that it should stand
by itself explaining what it is wrong, why we need a fix and how you have
fixed the issue, with references to any conversations in mailing lists and
bugzilla that might be useful when reviewing. A good commit message will
serve as the patch email, ala git send-email.

Thanks for the patches, applied. Can you also send a patch acknowledging
your copyright for the cairo-wgl interfaces?
